Ace Award Endowed Scholarship

Linda Wright Palmer established this scholarship to support students in the School of Music, WSU College of Fine Arts. Ms. Palmer earned a bachelor’s degree in music theory and composition in 1961 from what was then Wichita University. She received a master’s degree in the same field in 1963. She spent much of her career as the director of academic and student services at the School of the Arts and the School of Theater, Film and Television at UCLA. Ms. Palmer died in 2011.
