John L.D. Frazier Endowed Scholarship

Mr. John L.D. Frazier graduated from Yale University in New Haven, Conn. in 1955 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. A long- time supporter of the crew teams at WSU and in the Wichita community, the John L.D. Frazier Endowed Scholarship was established in his memory by Don and Lee Wadsworth as a lasting legacy to Mr. Frazier, their friend, fellow rower and champion of the sport they all loved. Mr. Frazier was married to Nancy Ferrell Frazier in 1961. They were married for forty-two years before his passing in 2003. The scholarship was initially known as the WSU Crew Team Endowed Scholarship. It assists students who participate in the WSU crew team.
