Three join staff of WSU Foundation

   The WSU Foundation welcomed three new staff members recently.  Following is some information about each of them:

   Liz Greene


   Liz Greene is the office assistant to the director of the WSU Foundation National Advisory Council and to the director of the Annual Fund. Her duties will include helping with NAC receptions, business meetings and committee work, accounting for Annual Fund money intake and mailing pledge reminder letters. Liz received her bachelor’s degree in English–Literary & Cultural Studies with a minor in Nonprofit Organizational Studies from the University of Oklahoma. She has lived in Norman most of her life. Before moving to Wichita to take this job, she was an assistant manager for a book store in Norman. Liz enjoys running, dancing and writing.



   Caleb Klein


   Caleb Klein is development officer for the College of Education and the Kansas City and Oklahoma regions. In addition to raising money for the fundraising priorities of the College of Education, he will focus on building and maintaining relationships with alumni, donors and potential supporters in the Kansas City and Oklahoma areas, a responsibility that is new to this position. Caleb earned a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Journalism from Kansas State University and a master’s degree in Education-Sports Management from Wichita State. He previously worked as the assistant director of development for the WSU Athletic Department. Born in Larned, Kan., he was raised in Claflin for most of his childhood. Caleb is married to Jami and has an 8-month-old son named Jackson. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and sports of all kinds, as well as working with his hands on construction and other projects.



  Jesse Hall


   Jesse Hall is the WSU Foundation’s digital communication specialist, responsible for maintaining and updating the Foundation’s website, building relationships through Facebook and Twitter and improving our communication processes through blast emails. He will graduate in December with a degree in business administration, majoring in Management Information Systems and receiving a minor in marketing. He worked part-time as an IT student assistant at the Foundation before taking the full-time position as digital communication specialist. Jesse was born and raised in Las Vegas and has lived in Wichita since 2004. He plays the guitar and enjoys attending concerts and music festivals.
