What is your vision?

Looking at your life, what experiences have shaped your vision? Who are the people who have influenced the way you see the world? One answer may be a certain family member who made a significant difference in your life. Perhaps a special professor challenged you to think critically about an issue in a way you had never considered. Or did a mentor help you envision a successful career path that was beyond your thinking?

More than likely, your educational pursuits at WSU have helped shape your vision, providing a great knowledge that should be shared with the next generation. At the WSU Foundation, we work daily with many alumni and friends, listening to stories and celebrating with those who desire to make a difference for future Shockers.

After reflecting on how WSU has assisted in forming your vision, you may wish to help shape the visions of our current and future students.

Please accept this article as an open invitation to ask our planned giving staff to assist you in making your vision a reality for the next generation. A deferred gift arrangement is a great way to help someone else reach his/her full potential. Making plans to keep your vision alive for others is really not that complicated.

The WSU Foundation is here to help you document your vision. It might be that you want to memorialize a family member’s contribution to WSU, or possibly you would like to guarantee that future students receive the benefits of financial assistance that were once given to you. By documenting your arrangements, you can be confident that the vision of your planned gift will be shared in the manner of your choosing.

There are many planned giving tools that can be evaluated to make your vision for the future a reality. Contact us. We look forward to visiting with you soon.
