Amy Baker Schwiethale is grooming a new generation for musical theatre
Your support helps WSU attract and keep our talented faculty

Schwiethale is a product of WSU’s musical theatre program and now she's teaching, mentoring and inspiring students at her alma mater.

Your investment in Faculty Support makes a powerful impact.
Every faculty member has the potential to inspire students and shape the world. By investing in faculty, we will attract and retain faculty who are key to academic excellence.

Faculty Support can take many forms. Here are a few examples:

  • Endowed chairs and professorships. The highest tribute a university can bestow on a faculty member. Payouts from the endowment create the margin of excellence to support our faculty.
  • Faculty Fellows. These positions recognize faculty who are performing at a high level, demonstrating commitment to their students and pursuing research and other projects that bring distinction to the university.
  • Departmental support. Designated for a specific department to support faculty endeavors.
