Private gifts from donors like you provide more scholarship support to WSU students than the total amount dedicated to scholarships from university funds.

Out of a total of $13.5 million in scholarship awards in FY 2016, 53 percent or $7.1 million was from private giving.

The Shock the World campaign strives to raise $83.5 million in new scholarships for WSU students. Learn more about how you can contribute by contacting Joseph Hunter, WSU Foundation vice president for development, at 316-978-3808 or josephl.hunter@wichita.edu.
