Like Larry and Nicki Soice, you can double the impact of your engineering gift

Through Senate Bill 127, your gifts, which support undergraduate engineering education in the College of Engineering, will qualify to be matched by the state of Kansas, helping Wichita State fill the pipeline of qualified engineers.

In May 2011, The Kan-Grow Engineering Legislation was signed into law by Governor Sam Brownback. In fiscal years 2013-17, an additional $3.5 million will be allocated to each of the three colleges of engineering in Kansas. This funding will require a dollar-for-dollar match from non-state sources. Additionally, WSU will need to increase the number of undergraduate degrees awarded to 308 per year by 2021.

Your gift will play a substantial role in helping to provide the innovative engineers our world needs.
