Applied learning is a hallmark of Wichita State, and in the College of Engineering, students get hands-on experience in the classroom, in dozens of laboratories across the campus, and on the job through robust co-op and internship programs.

The College of Engineering Shocker Fund helps make these experiences possible by providing unrestricted support to the areas of greatest need. That includes covering attendance fees for national conferences and funding faculty on-boarding expenses to help improve the faculty-to-student ratio within the college.

Another great way to support the college is by supporting the College of Engineering need-based scholarships. Far more students apply for financial aid each year than WSU has resources to help. This fund will help us reach more students.
