Connecting passion with possibility

Not only do donor groups provide additional funding to support student experiences, they offer a unique donor experience by bringing together like-minded individuals who are passionate about advancing a specific cause at WSU.

Music Associates

Music Associates was founded in 1993 to support the WSU School of Music. Since then, community members have been pooling their financial resources into a single fund dedicated to enhancing student experiences. Members range from alumni who want to give back to the university that shaped them to music enthusiasts who enjoy supporting musicians in the Wichita community.

Performing Arts Angels

The primary mission of Performing Arts Angels is to raise money to provide educational and training opportunities for talented dance, musical theatre and theatre (performance and design/tech) students in the School of Performing Arts, and to be their ambassadors in the community. Your support gives students educational activities outside the classroom.

Art & Design Advocates

Art & Design Advocates supports the School of Art, Design and Creative Industries and its students by providing funding for special needs and opportunities. These activities typically are not financed through other funds. Opportunities for students include project-related travel, visiting artist appearances, student conferences, materials and equipment.

Your Gift Is A Changemaker.

By pooling their gifts, large and small, donor group members accomplish projects for the areas they support and enhance the Shocker experience for students.
