New staff members
Staci Rongish
Join us in welcoming Staci Rongish to our team as a Staff Accountant. Staci spent the last six years working as a personal banker and a retirement and deposit specialist with Credit Union of America, where she was responsible for maintaining compliance with both IRS and banking regulations.
We know Staci’s attention to detail will be invaluable in her role here, working with gift processing, donor compliance and other financial needs.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fort Hays State University, and she is currently working to complete a master’s degree. Outside of work, Staci and her husband, Ryan, along with their two children and dogs, enjoy going to the lake, camping, jet skiing and fishing.
Kari Ames
Please join us in welcoming Kari Ames to the WSU Foundation. Taking on the role of director of special events, Kari will work to plan functions which foster meaningful relationships and increase donor support and loyalty. Kari attended Friends University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Zoo Science and Biology. Since graduation, Kari has been an active member of the Wichita community through her involvement at the Greater Wichita YMCA.
Outside of work, Kari enjoys watching football, knitting and spending time with her husband, Corey, and four children. She is excited to contribute to the Donor Experience team and join the vibrant culture of Shocker Nation.
Welcome, Kari!
