Society of 1895 luncheon celebrates planned gift donors

Society members Cindy and Charlie Claycomb enjoy the luncheon.
The Society of 1895 draws its name from the founding year of our university and the faculty and students who created the legacy we all celebrate today. Drawing on this proud heritage, the Society honors the alumni and friends who have included a gift to Wichita State in their estate plans.
These members know the importance of supporting WSU, even when they will no longer be alive to see the impact their gift will have. Each year, we recognize and celebrate the legacy they will create and honor their commitment to the future of Wichita State.
This year, the WSU Foundation welcomed 17 new members to the Society of 1895, which to date has included more than 640 individuals.
