Staff on the rise at the WSUFAE

The Wichita State University Foundation and Alumni Engagement is proud to recognize the following staff members for their promotions, effective July 1. Join us in congratulating Katie Link, Corey Saleh, Valerie White and Aaron Winter.

Katie Link – With three years of service in the human resources department at the WSUFAE, Katie was recently promoted to executive director of human resources. In this role, she will help implement strategies and policies to achieve the organization’s long-term strategic goals.

Corey Saleh – Having previously led philanthropic and engagement efforts for the Barton School of Business, Corey is well equipped to step into her new role as senior director of development for the Barton School, where she will help to fulfill the strategic goals of the college and Wichita State University.

Valerie White – Since joining as associate director for the Barton School of Business in September 2024, Valerie has worked with donors to help support several initiatives across the college. In her new role as director of development, she will focus on major gift fundraising for the Barton School.

Aaron Winter – Aaron has served in various roles across the annual giving, major giving and planned giving programs at the WSUFAE since joining in 2016. He was recently promoted to senior director of planned giving, and in this role, he will manage and help grow the planned giving program.
