Congratulations to our WSUFAE graduates!

More than 2,100 students will become Shocker alumni at this weekend’s commencement ceremonies, including five of our own employees at the WSU Foundation and Alumni Engagement.

LILY PARKER ’23, STRAT COMM, ’25 M COMM, works as the WSUFAE’s marketing specialist. She has greatly appreciated the opportunity to advance her education with a master’s degree and study under the phenomenal faculty of the Elliott School of Communication.
SAMANTHA CHENG ’25, ACCT, accounting intern, has accepted a full-time position as a staff accountant at the WSUFAE. She will start her new position in June.
TAMMY NGUYEN ’25, MAR, has worked as the organization’s marketing intern since August 2024. She hopes to pursue a career in digital marketing and eventually return to school for her master’s degree. Tammy credits her time in the Vietnamese Student Association and Asian Student Conference with providing the encouragement to succeed in her studies.
THOMAS NGUYEN ’25, APP COMPUT, supported the WSUFAE as its intern in information services. His warm and welcoming community at Wichita State has supported him throughout his studies, and after graduation he plans to work in cybersecurity.
AIDEN POWELL ’25, ORG LEAD, recently accepted a position at the WSUFAE as an assistant director of development for the College of Health Professions, the College of Engineering and KMUW. Having been involved in Student Government Association, Delta Upsilon and the Interfraternity Council, Aiden says his time at WSU allowed him to build a strong network of alumni and peers.
