Biological Sciences Scholarship Fund

Established through a trust by Sedgwick County s Medical Society in 1963, the Biological Sciences Scholarship Fund assists those students preparing for careers in the medical sciences, the practice of medicine or dentistry. Founded in 1903, the Medical Society of Sedgwick County is a not-for-profit organization representing physicians in Wichita and Sedgwick County. Collaborating with local and state governments and community groups, the organization is dedicated to advancing scientific-based medicine, professional standards and medical ethics.
