Joy is a 2000 graduate with a degree in Education. Brian is a 1996 graduate of the Barton School of Business with a BBA in Finance. Both are from the Mulvane area and have established this scholarship to be awarded to a graduate of Mulvane High School as a way to pay tribute to the community they grew up in as well as to encourage other students from the area to attend WSU. The Heinrichs are true Shockers and support all aspects of the university. Joy is a past Student Ambassador and served on the Alumni Association Board of Directors from 2002 to 2004. Brian has served on the National Advisory Council and the Barton School Dean’s Advisory Board. Both love Shocker Basketball and make every game.
