Buckley Family American Indian Scholarship

Mr. Tim Buckley, who grew up in Wichita, received his Bachelor of Arts in history from Wichita State University in 1971. He is vice president of Polyplastics, a division of Buckley Industries Inc., in Austin, Tex. Mr. Buckley also is a member of the WSU Foundation’s National Advisory Council and a life member of the WSU Alumni Association. His wife, Mrs. Gail Buckley, is a graduate of Baylor University. Mr. Buckley has always held the American Indian population in high regard and established this scholarship to assist in achieving equality in employment opportunities through advanced education.
