The Lair Foundation 9/11 Veteran Scholarship

Mr. Todd Lair has been a life-long resident of Wichita, and is a 1990 business graduate from Wichita State University. Mr. Lair is the current president and founder of Leading Technology Composites Inc. (LTC). Since 1993, when the company was founded, Mr. Lair has led LTC to become a leading diversified aerospace and defense firm that employs approximately 200 people in the Wichita area. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and serves on the board of trustees for Wichita Collegiate School. Mr. Lair and his wife, Julie, founded The Lair Foundation in 2008. It is a non-profit organization that has served the Wichita community and its faith-based needs.

In late 2010, The Lair Foundation established the Lair Foundation 9/11 Veteran Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded annually to a Chapter 33 veteran attending WSU, who is a soldier who has served in the armed forces following 9/11.
