Van Noy Scholarship

Harold Van Noy was a longtime resident of Kansas, calling the state home for more than 50 years. Prior to his passing, Mr. Van Noy established provisions for a scholarship to be administered to Wichita State University. The Van Noy Scholarship, created in memory of Harold and his wife, Ruby, is a testament to Mr. Van Noy’s generosity and kindheartedness.
