35 Under 35 Nominations

This year, we are excited to be selecting the 2026 Young Alumni honoree from our inaugural 35 Under 35 cohort. Selected awardees will be recognized at an Honoree Reception during the month of September. One individual will be selected for the Young Alumni Award and announced at the annual Heritage Gala.

 From a robust community of young Wichita State alumni, this honor will be bestowed to 35 individuals age 35 or younger who have demonstrated leadership in their professional field or whose achievements have been significant in their community. We seek to identify and highlight outstanding Shockers who are changemakers, trendsetters, problem solvers and innovators, exemplifying what it means to be a Shocker.

Nominees must be alumni of Wichita State University and 35 years old or younger on December 31, 2026. Nominees will complete a brief application to finalize their submission.
