Featuring WSU Cheer, Marching Band and a few of your favorite athletes. This event will be located in the lawn east of Braeburn Square near Oliver. Access the event from the bridge between Fuzzy’s and Social Tap.
Special Guest Performance by Shock Rock
Shock Rock is a Wichita original featuring the Provost Monica Lounsbery on lead vocals and Vice President for Government Relations Andrew Schlapp on guitar. The two bring their talents with a team of Shocker fans to deliver their love of Rock and Roll. See them live at Shocktoberfest!

As one of Shocktoberfest’s signature events, the Brew Market combines the energy of a festival with the excitement of a local market, bringing together Wichita State alumni, students, faculty, staff and the Wichita community for an afternoon of shopping, live entertainment, food, beverages and Shocker pride.

Cost to Attend: Free
The highlight of the weeklong celebration of Shocker spirit and pride. Participants will enjoy entertainment from the Shocker Sound Machine marching band, dance teams, and decorated cars and floats from student groups and community members.
